WHAT IS MICROBLADING?
There tends to be a lot of misconceptions regarding what microblading is, who is qualified to perform the procedure, and if it’s a viable option for everyone. Microblading is a semi-permanent tattoo process that uses a hand tool to create natural, hair-like strokes to fill, define and shape your eyebrows. In Georgia, the law requires microblading to be performed by a licenced microblading tattoo artist working in a licenced tattoo studio. Unfortunately, due to its popularity, microblading has become a “pop up” procedure in nail salons and spas, and this is far from acceptable for your safety and appearance.
IS MICROBLADING FOR EVERYONE
Another misconception is that microblading is suitable for everyone, and is no different than getting regular tattoos. This is also far from accurate. You are uniquely you and no two people are the same. There are many overall health and skin variations that will determine if microblading is right for you. Otherwise, it could result in poor healing, discoloration, scarring, and other complications.
