TATTOO GUIDE
We founded Norsk Studios in 2014 for one reason: to give clients the tattoo experience we believe they deserve. From custom work and creativity, to cleanliness and health standards, our focus is committed to performing the best work in the best environment possible.
THE PROCESS:
Your tattoo adventure typically begins with our front staff. Expertly trained and dedicated, they'll guide you towards recommended artists based on your preferred style, photo reference, and ideas.

From there, you may consult with your artist where you'll discuss everything ranging from base ideas, composition, sizing, style, and placement. Once confident we're aligned with your vision, our artist will craft a rendering for your design. From there, tweaks will be made to your specifications until it's absolutely perfect, and it'll be turned into a stencil.

Our highly experienced and certified artists will make you as comfortable as possible as they work to bring the design to life. After a thorough walk through of all aftercare procedures, you'll be sent home with a masterpiece lasting a lifetime!

Our Artists
Led by our owner Corey Sullivan, we have a combined 7 decades worth of experience in the studio, and our artists bring creativity, innovation, and comfort to every style imaginable. There's more to it than just sticking an image on skin. From body flow and composition, to having a true understanding of how tattoos heal over decades.. our crew utilizes their expertise to to give you their best work possible. Their passion is undeniable and their personality.. well, come see for yourself!

Consultations
Your tattoo begins well before needle touches skin! We are not interested in getting people in and out as fast as possible. You have a vision... and we take pride in our ability to translate that artistically into something that will not only convey that, but will look amazing while doing it. We take into account anatomy, skin tone, sizing, and detail to craft the perfect compositions for your design. We love hearing your stories, and working with you, not just for you, to translate them into the perfect tattoo!

Award Winning
Both our studio and artists have been winning awards for over a decade! Norsk has been awarded "Best Tattoo Studio" titles along with "Best of Gwinnett" titles. Our artists have won awards in a wide range of categories including small and large scale work, black & grey and color. Realism, traditional, neo-traditional, and illustrative pieces have all brought home hardware. Our owner Corey most recently won "Best Tattoo of the Day" at our hometown Atlanta Tattoo Convention - letting you know you've found the right studio!

Industry Leading Supplies
From ointments to soaps, tattoo machines to pigments.. We would never trust a product on your body that we wouldn't trust on our own. We only use the most reputable, industry leading ink brands. We have personal relationships with our suppliers that ensure vetted, regulated, and consistent quality in all of our materials. We also stock up from manufacturers partnered with the Tattoo Industry Manufacturers Alliance, promoting the highest health and safety standards.

State of the Art
We love the tried and true history and techniques of tattooing. We also love giving our clients the best possible! So we have utilized technology to enhance our methods, studio, and your experience. From fully interactive digital portfolios that help you find the perfect artist, to electronic waiver tablets that make your intake much smoother. Our artists also utilize the latest in digital art technology to give you the best possible designs. Not to mention, these drastically cut down on typical studio waste, cutting down our footprint significantly!

Health & Safety
Since we opened the studio, prioritizing your health and safety has always been our first priority. Before each client, all equipment, instruments, and workspaces are put through industry leading sterilization and disinfection. All of our staff members, including our front assistants, are trained and certified in Bloodborne Pathogens, Cross-Contamination Prevention, and Sterilization. All sterilization is reinforced through routine, independent lab testing, and all of our disinfection protocols were internally developed by certified healthcare technicians and exceed state standards. Come see the difference for yourself.
