2. Appointments and Consultations

Submitting an appointment request or inquiry does not guarantee an appointment. Appointments may require confirmation by Norsk Studios and may be subject to deposits, artist availability, age requirements, identification requirements, consent requirements, and individual artist or studio policies. Norsk Studios reserves the right to decline or discontinue services when permitted by law, including for health, safety, conduct, identification, consent, or professional reasons.

3. Deposits, Payments, Cancellations, and Refunds

Appointments or services may be subject to deposits, cancellation requirements, rescheduling policies, and refund policies communicated to you at the time of booking or payment. Any deposit or booking fee is non-refundable. Any service-specific policies presented during the booking, consultation, or transaction process are incorporated into these Terms where applicable.

4. Tattoo and Piercing Information

Information on our website, social media accounts, text messages, emails, or other communications regarding tattoo or piercing procedures, healing, aftercare, or related matters is provided for general informational purposes. It is not intended to replace professional medical diagnosis or treatment. If you experience symptoms that may require medical attention, contact an appropriate licensed healthcare professional.

5. SMS/Text Messaging Terms

By providing your mobile telephone number and affirmatively consenting to receive text messages from Norsk Studios, you agree that Norsk Studios may send SMS or MMS messages to the number you provided.
